PRP injections can also be used to treat many patterns of scalp HAIR LOSS, and can sometimes improve symptoms of degenerative joint conditions such as ARTHRITIS.

What to expect?

Dr. Boudreau will draw a small sample of your blood and spin it in a centrifuge to extract your PRP, which is then injected into your scalp or joints, or applied directly to treated areas during micro-needling.

The number of sessions depends on the treatment goals and response. 

DOWNTIME:

Pairing PRP with a procedure does not increase the expected downtime.  Some patients may experience temporary pin-point bleeding or mild bruising from scalp injections.
